Ivt growing with increasing energy

IVT manufactures and sells heat pumps for private homes and other buildings. It is one of Sweden's fastest growing companies, with an average annual growth rate of 12 percent for each of the past ten years. IVT has 470 employees and has revenues of approximately €150 million and hopes to grow an additional 11 percent a year within the next three years.

"Our success is based on constantly developing production and distribution in order to continuously adapt our offer to the market. We have also made successful acquisitions," explains the IT manager at IVT. "A flexible business system that can be easily adapted and supports our development is a prerequisite for being able to do this."

"Up until 1999, IVT used a smaller business system but it lacked certain functionality, including adequate support for production. Therefore, in conjunction with an acquisition, IVT decided to switch to Jeeves Universal as a base for continued development. Since 2000, business has developed and grown quickly. Today, IVT conducts business in a number of countries, has sales through e-commerce and a new owner, Bosch, who makes high demands with respect to reporting and integration with SAP.
